Hello, I’m Kazz  a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, and the heart behind New Pathways Hypnotherapy. I know that life can sometimes feel overwhelming and its easy to lose sight of who we really are beneath the stress, anxiety and limiting self belief we may of unfortunately gained along the way.

I help people find freedom from anxiety, stress, OCD, self doubt, and other limiting beliefs or habits that may have developed over time. My approach is designed to help you reconnect with your confidence, restore calm, and rediscover a clearer sense of direction and purpose. Whether your goal is to feel more in control of your emotions, enhance performance, or simply move beyond patterns that no longer serve you, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help create meaningful, lasting change.

At New Pathways Hypnotherapy, I combine modern neuroscience with the  transformative power of hypnotherapy to help your mind work for you. Together, we’ll create new pathways that support balance, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

At New Pathways Hypnotherapy my approach is centred on helping you move forward calmly, confidently and with purpose. I support people experiencing anxiety, OCD, low mood and  self worth, menopause symptoms, phobias, performance challenges, trauma and unhelpful habits. Every session is focused on you, your goals, your pace and what feels right for where you are now.


Using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I blend neuroscience and powerful hypnotherapy with practical, future focused techniques to help you work with your subconscious mind, the part that holds deep wisdom and shapes your thoughts, habits, and emotional responses.


Together, we’ll gently release old patterns and create new neural pathways that support confidence and emotional balance. As your mind begins to work for you rather than against you, you’ll start to see real, lasting change and a clearer assessable path towards the life you want to live.

I offer sessions both in person and online.

In person appointments take place at New Pathways Hypnotherapy room in East Grinstead, a calm, private space designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Online sessions offer the same supportive experience from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy ?
